FINDING VNMS2 - CENTREVILLE
VIC AND MARIE STUDIOS 2 is located near downtown Houston, Texas. This studio is located on 1710 Leona St, Houston, TX 77026.
Above is a map and how to access our studios from major highways. To avoid stopped trains, it's best to come from lorraine st. to hit the train underpass, take a left on hardy street, and a left on leona st. on your left, there is a gated parking lot that you can enter and park your vehicle at. When you arrive, please text our studio managers [info above] to get access into our front doors as they are locked. If you reach out before hand letting our SM's about your arrival, they can have the doors open so you do not have to wait outside.
PARKING OPTIONS
Depending on the time of your Rental, Parking is available for you & your guest. Between the hours of 9-5, the Gated Parking Lot is open and available for you to park. During those hours, the gated parking lot entrance can be used to access the building. Please note that if it's your first time, it's best to arrive 15 MINUTES early so that you can learn your way around our studio and area. Please note that the doors are locked, so you will have to text our studio manager to greet you at the door to give you access to the facility.
